Pitney Bowes provides the world's most comprehensive suite of mailstream software, hardware, services and solutions to help manage the flow of documents, letters and packages into, within, and out of organizations of all sizes. The Pitney Bowes Print Management department decided to ramp up the ink & toner consumables area with a re-launch to existing customers via their Sales Representatives. The program included a Flash Presentation, microsite, new customer welcome kit, sales presentation format and a digital welcome kit/landing page. Custom 800 phone numbers were used to track each channel. This program immediately landed one large new account, which returned the investment over tenfold, and the program now acts as a model for new ink & toner accounts.
