Kelley Briggs recognized as 2008 WOW by Westchester Business Journal

Ossining, New York — (April 14, 2008) — Kelley Briggs, Principal, Hudson Fusion LLC was selected as one of the Westchester Business Journals 100 Working Women of Westchester (WOW). This honor highlighted local businesswomen who have strived to kick through the “glass ceiling” to become successful in their careers. Kelley and Cindy Penchina are co-owners of Ossining-based marketing communications firm Hudson Fusion.

Kelley was selected among the thousands of working women who live and work in Westchester County. WOW showcased the talented women in the county and focused on their achievements. A special section was published March 31 in the Business Journal. The winners also included Chris Madden, Sandy Galef, Jean Baptiste Nicholson, Kheri Holland Tillman, Stacey Cohen, Marsha Gordon, Mary Ann Liebert and Linda Rey among others. The event was culminated by a special reception on April 14 in the atrium of 1133 Westchester Avenue, in White Plains, New York.

Westchester women’s evolution in the business world is best summed up by the Business Journal’s own publisher, Dee Delbello. “Fifteen years ago when you walked into a business meeting, you’d see a sea of balding, grey heads in pinstripe suits. Today, the majority is women in brightly colored suits.”
